1. Services
Powerhouse Junk Removal provides junk removal, light demolition, and dumpster rental services in Central Ohio, including Delaware County, Franklin County, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
2. SMS Messaging Program
By opting in to SMS communications through our contact form or by texting us directly, you consent to receive text messages from Powerhouse Junk Removal. Our SMS program includes:
- Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates
- Service reminders and follow-up messages
- Occasional promotional offers and announcements
Message frequency varies based on your service requests and preferences. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Service appointments are confirmed via phone or SMS. We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible in such cases.
5. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is provided as an estimate based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on the actual volume, weight, or type of items removed. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that items scheduled for removal are accessible and that you have the authority to authorize removal of all items. Powerhouse Junk Removal is not responsible for items removed in error based on your instructions.
7. Prohibited Items
We are unable to haul certain hazardous materials, including but not limited to: paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, medical waste, and tires (in some cases). Please contact us in advance if you have questions about specific items.
8. Limitation of Liability
Powerhouse Junk Removal will take reasonable care during service. Our liability for any damage caused during a job is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at powerhousejunkremovalohio.com. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
